Refund Policy
REFUNDS FOR WEBINARS & MEMBERSHIPS
Thank you for your interest in our webinars and memberships. We strive to provide valuable content and a positive experience for all our participants. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
Webinar Refunds
- Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration for a webinar, you may do so up to 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Organizer: If we cancel a webinar, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs.
Membership Refunds
- Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Annual Memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 30 days. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days remaining in the billing period.
